Given the limited natural water resources, the government is continuing to invest heavily in the sector to meet Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing population, support it’s thriving industrial sector and meet it’s water needs for agriculture irrigation. At a time of historic regulatory and social change, international involvement is necessary and Public-Private Partnerships account for 70% of its water processing infrastructure.
